Myanmar's de-facto ruler and Nobel laureate Aung San Suu Kyi has finally broken her silence on the Rohingya issue. She told her compatriots in a State of the Union Address that their government was making every effort to restore peace and stability in Rakhine province, which is home to lakhs of Rohingyas.
